SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Allied Forklifts can arrange delivery Australia-wide. Upon verification that the goods are in stock and the client pays the appropriate tax invoice, the goods can be dispatched within 2 working days.
Unless specifically stated on our website, the cost to deliver the goods are at the expense and responsibility of the client. Our pick-up address is 789 Marshall Road, Malaga 6090 Western Australia.
PRICING
All prices shown on the Allied Forklifts website are in Australian (AU$) dollars and are exclusive of GST. At checkout, prices will automatically apply GST to the sale, in which you can see prior to submitting your order.
Whilst Allied Forklifts take every step to ensure that prices published on our web are current, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes. In the event that an order is placed for an item that has an incorrectly priced, the client will be notified prior to dispatch and have the option to either proceed with or cancel the order.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Allied Forklifts will not accept returns on goods for ‘change of mind’ reasons.
If you feel that your product is faulty, please email Customer Service [email protected] and we will advise the correct process to resolve the issue.
Do not return the item prior to an Authority to Return being received from Customer Service.
All freight costs are covered by the customer upfront, and if the product is confirmed to have a problem, Allied Forklifts may contribute towards this but all receipts must be kept and provided to Allied Forklifts. If the product has been deemed to be a major problem, Allied Forklifts will determine to repair, replace or refund.
All returns must be packaged carefully and Allied Forklifts take zero responsibility for any damage during transportation.

The information collected by Allied Forklifts is strictly of business nature and does not usually contain personal information. Even so, the information collected will not be sold, rented or traded to third parties, unless required by law.
Allied Forklifts may use information provided by customers to keep them up to date with business related information such as future promotions, products and services provided by us.
